Very expensive for the small, hot rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially our check in host from Australia. We had problems with our IPad and everything went dark and I had to go downstairs to reboot. $300 for those type of things is the reason for my very average rating of the hotel.

I didnt experience housekeeping not sure why and unfortunately someone else got assigned my room whilst I was still in it which gave us both a shock. But staff quickly fixed the mistake reassured me and that was it. The only issue and fixed so quickly. Was done to a computer glitch so nothing to do with staff who were all lovely.
Its also in a really handy location too. Close to old town key spots, close to the harbour and with cafes nearby and a short walk to the train station- I even felt safe walking at 3.30am it was that close.
