"Convenient to UAB, quiet, nice clean rooms. I would have booked at this hotel again if the price for one night had not doubled one week after my initial stay. For that reason, I booked another hotel in a safer part of town that was also convenient to UAB and exceeded my expectations for the price."

"Nice hotel overall. Comfortable beds and pillows. Clean room. Breakfast had several options available. Parking is an additional daily charge in a parking garage next to the hotel. My only complaint was the elevator issues. Only one was working and the hotel was full so this made getting up to our rooms difficult (we were on the 6th -top floor). We heard from staff the elevator issue had been an ongoing problem for several months and at times both elevators were down. Glad that was not the case during our stay. "

"Excellent property with a separate studio that was perfect for our young adults. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, and the host was very responsive with clear, consistent communication. We were in town for a wedding, and the property met all of our needs."
