"This property deserves it's designation as one of the best small luxury hotels. Great,attentive staff,many included amenities and perks ample parking and great location including proximity to the beach. A few of the furnishings are showing some wear, but this is really the only negative point."

"We had a lovely time on the property for a bachelorette weekend. We had a group of 15 who fit comfortably in the home. Warren was very helpful and responsive the entire trip! Everywhere we went was less than 10 minutes from the property- located just off the main road in East Hampton so we never had to travel far and made it very convenient with driving! Highly recommend booking your stay at this property."
