The amenities were great, friendly staff, great service, water pressure was great! The room felt very small for $700 a night, price is a bit ridiculous if you ask me but otherwise a lovely time.

Very short walking distance to the beach, loved the bean bag chairs and umbrellas to use at the beach. The entire place was very clean. Bartenders were very nice and passionate about making fun drinks. Overall a very nice place to stay, I would definitely recommend it!

We like Hero so much we went twice in one summer. It's clean, the staff is super friendly, and it's right across a quiet street from the beach, where they have umbrellas and lounge chairs that someone will set up for you. It's a great spot and we will certainly be back.

Very nice place. Rooms are renovated and modern. Pool is beautiful also newly renovated and nice grounds. We enjoyed the fire pits at night and the hotel is right across from the beach and you walk right into the village. We will definitely return!

Room was clean, comfortable, nicely done. The hotel is close to the beach, walking distance to town. Alex was very nice and helpful, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The location is great its right on the beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants. The property is well maintained and the staff was very friendly. Only issue was they had told us the fire pits would be working nightly and they only turn on for the weekends. We would have also enjoyed more activities throughout the week. They also memtioned a complimentary drink but we never reveived one.

Overpriced - looks like a roadside motel that I upgraded with close access to a public beach. Poor communication and service by staff for the price range. They have limited parking for guests, part of the parking that looks like private hotel parking is apparently public parking. And the police gives out significant fines for parking in front of the hotel. We got a fine for parking across the hotel at night and was given zero heads up by the staff even though it seems quite necessary. Bad experience, I don’t recommend.

Cons: This motel is located on the side of a secondary highway through Montauk so it can be noisy. We stayed in a main floor unit and could also hear the room above us. The bathroom setup is weird, the toilet is separate. The shower is open to the room and so is the sink. There’s a small fridge but no coffee or microwave. The room had particles on the floors and surfaces so it was not spectacularly clean. Pros: STEPS to the massive and beautiful public beach!!! The room has a massive patio door and some seating. All rooms are overlooking the courtyard. You can’t see the ocean from the main floor, but it’s steps away! The courtyard has plenty of lounge furniture with a BBQ, fire pit and games to just chill at night with the stars and the ocean. Decent pool area and sauna/showers in the basement with included yoga and massage treatments available on site. You also have access to equipment like bicycles to get around!! Lobby has free coffee and a few free snacks in the morning. The staff were all super friendly and nice. Location: I would recommend this place if you’re on a budget and want to be on the beach. It is a great location for little shops and restaurants within walking distance. Everything seemed to close early, though. There’s a 7/11 and an IGA close by. Lots of boat tours and whale watching companies not far away! Lots of national parks, lighthouses to explore, as well.
