"This is the BEST property in Antigua. We stayed at other places, but this is by far our favorite. Brian at the front desk always makes me feel like I'm visiting an old, dear friend. Rosaleo and Karin at breakfast are incredibly warm and kind. It was always a pleasure starting my day being greeted by them. Heiro at the coffee bar/café was also incredible. The gardens are gorgeous! We had a villa, and we loved the little park in front of our room. This is truly one of my favorite places on earth. I can't recommend it highly enough."

"El servicio, la atención del personal maravillosa. Le Pregunté a un empleado llamado Joseph donde podía comprar una pastilla para el dolor de cabeza y el muy respetuoso me informó y me la llevó a la habitación felicito al hotel por la atención de su personal con los huésped y el tema de la seguridad excelente. Lo más importante vuelvo a elegir el hotel Barceló Guatemala City."
