Great room w/balcony overlooking the sea. Room had great water pressure, hot water and shower drained normally. Nightly bar activities were short but fun. It was winter season so most business were closed, but what was open was fantastic - especially King Yo restaurant just 5 mins away from the hotel.

A great stay at this very modern apartment complex 👍 Booked a 6 night break over the Xmas period at good price via Expedia. Flamingos salgados is in a quiet area in between the Albufeira Marina and Amerco de pera (Galé /Gui area) so a car is ideally required unless you want to use Uber or Taxis to get around. The beach isn't far from the complex but due to the road designs and lack of pathways it's around a 2.5k walk or drive to reach. This complex was only built in 2024/25 and to a high standard. We had a 1 bedroom apartment with fully fitted kitchen, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 ring induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine x2 (Espresso and filter drip) plus a good selection of plates, cups, glasses and cutlery. There is a large balcony accessed from living area and bedroom that gets the sun all day from around 11am to sunset. Reception spoke good English and where very welcoming plus they accommodated our early check in request. They also gave us a small sweet pastry present on Xmas day so this was appreciated. A couple of things to note. Underground parking is available at a charge (€5 I think), but free parking is available outside on street. You will need to bring your own washing up liquid , kitchen towels, Tea cloths, coffee pods to avoid the frustration others have noted on some reviews. Amazing views and service 10/10

The property and staff were excellent, the breakfast had plenty of choice and everything was well presented and fresh. The room was clean and air, views from the balcony were excellent. However the bathroom has obviously been used for a disabled person previously and although very clean was in need to some TLC. On the way to the property there is a lot of development ongoing, but once inside this was not obtrusive.

loved that we can book different cuisine for evening meals all decent take on the options available, staff were really attentive at hotel and restaurants, in particular the buffets as these would get VERY busy at times Kids loved the Kids Shack, great idea, always seemed well stocked Liked that mostly "reserved" towels were moved by management on occasion so that there was a fair chance for all to get a space by the pools. I would say there needs to be more advertisement on activities as I missed the stretch class, but the morning pool/aqua workout was fun, I did most of them over the 2 weeks, would definitely recommend and visit MGM hotels again
