Parking spaces were a challenge and exterior appearance looked like a construction site. Room, staff, and breakfast were good. I would consider changing the lights to a warmer color tone and make them dimmable.

Loud barking dogs, doors slamming, and kids running up and down the hallways late at night on the 5th floor. Hotel is more of an extended stay for transient persons now and has deteriorated in appearance and upkeep since the last stay a year ago.
