amazing place to stay

short 3 night trip as a couple, loved the location and surrounding area. the hotel itself was amazing, staff really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb with great choice. the area has good road links to many other places and the train station is not to far a walk but taxi's are cheap.

We really enjoyed the peaceful nature surroundings. We could open our window and had a beautiful view of the forest and sounds of birds. Really nice convenient proximity to the Amersfoort old town. Staff were helpful and very accomodating

This is a very nice hotel in a peaceful area close to Amersfoort. I am using the hotel as a base to visit family and it is very well suited for that purpose. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

The hotel was in great shape, the restaurant closed at 10 which was great for a late night snack. The room itself was huge! Beds were comfortable and the bathroom a great size

If you want to visit Amsterdam find a place much closer. No refrigerator in room and nothing to do. Spent extra money to get from point A to point B. If you want a place in the countryside to just relax then maybe this might be the spot.

The rooms are quite dated, but that’s not the worst. The worst is the staff in the restaurant, room service is near impossible to get. When I called reception they had to pass me through 5 times to the restaurant to then be greeted with: “Yeah, what do you want?!”. That is not how you talk to guests, and guests must have noticed this because there are signs every saying it’s prohibited to order food delivery. Well if your staff wasn’t so rude that wouldn’t need to happen. Then my key stopped working 3 separate times, the cleaning wasn’t great either. Just not a good impression at all.

Would not recommend.

Unfriendly, not very service-minded staff. The hotel generally/facilities are old, not very well-kept. My room had above 25 degrees when I arrived, not very smart to blast the heaters when no aircon in the room. Cleanliness- non existent. Especially the bathroom was disgusting. Would not recommend.

Property is not appealing on first approach. Room was absolutely dated and smelt of dog. Had a very creepy feel. We left and lost around 150£GBP when we informed reception they offered another room which is not used by dog owners. Shame they couldn’t do that when we arrived. Was very very off putting. We booked elsewhere: I can’t work out how the hotel was rated 8/10. Would never ever stay again. Extremely disappointing.

Dejligt hotel. Vi havde bestilt bord til middagen for 2 personer, men tjeneren gjorde et stort nummer ud af sagen, selv om der var masser af ledige borde - lidt mærkeligt!
