"This was a last minute booking for me as I had to fly into NRT one day before the rest of my family. As a woman traveling on my own, I appreciated the frequency of the shuttle between the airport and the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was very comfortable. "This hotel is excellent for travelers landing in Narita airport. Free shuttle service to and from the hotel and it's only 15 minutes away. Staff is polite and friendly and helped to answer our questions regarding the train system. Our room was clean and smelled great. Breakfast was buffet style and everything tasted EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Japan."
