"Pleace is comfortable, looks clean but is dated . The bathroom are stain or dirty. A/C does not have controls make the room hot. It is convenient located at Narita airport. Shuttle service ends to early at night but at day time is good"

"I would say its just ok, not as luxurious as I was expecting. The building is old and dated. It wasnt dirty but not very clean eather. The beds are small and not very comfortable. The onsen wasnt open which I was what drew me to this hotel. However the room was large the and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was over all very good. I wouldn't recommend the coffee or the western option they just weren't very good but the Japanese options were very good and I would highly recommend those. Having the shuttle from the airport and then to Tokyo station was very nice helping start our trip with less stress."

"The room and bed are really comfortable. The staff were most accommodating and friendly, and the location was close to the train station—about 5 minutes walk. I really liked that there is a 24 hr konbini store closeby to buy snacks and drinks. Overall, I had a wonderful and relaxing stay"

"It is close to NRT International airport and shuttle bus is accessible. Breakfast is delicious. I stayed 1 night last year and I stayed 2 night last April 30-2 2026"

"We arrived tired and hungry, but the seafood buffet and regular Japanese food restaurant was full. It would have been helpful if front desk warned us about making a reservation during checkin. We had no choice but ordered room service for tempura set. They sealed every dish and bowl in plastic wrap, so the fried food became soggy. Thus, we did not have a perfect experience."
