Title: Shower in someone else's urine smell or camp at a high price My family stayed at Amina Wind Resort for 3 nights and faced severe issues daily. Management is completely dismissive, refuses accountability, and actively dodges refunds. When confronted, they claimed our complaints were a ā€œdifference in cultural perspectiveā€ and the ā€œprice you pay for paradise.ā€ They told us to request a partial refund through Expedia, but when Expedia reached out, the resort ignored them. They have also ignored my direct emails for a week. Our "paradise" experience included: * Urine Odors: The first room smelled heavily of urine in both bathrooms. The second room had a foul, stale odor (likely mopped with dirty water due to water shutoffs) requiring constant Febreze. * Food Desert: No on-site breakfast or lunch options before 2 PM. No pre-arrival warning was given, leaving us stranded for 2 hours scrambling for a cash driver so our kids could eat. * Water Shutoffs: Cut off with zero warning Friday while handling raw meat. Cut off again Saturday at 11:30 AM, preventing us from rinsing beach sand or making lunch. * Severe Delays: Towels, air fresheners, and safe access took over an hour per request. They charge premium resort prices but hide behind being "new" and "off-grid" to excuse terrible management. Avoid this place.

Es un lugar paradisiaco, las camas sĆŗper cĆ³modas, una vista increĆ­ble, la comida no es muy buena pero si llevas todo para preparar nosotros compramos ceviches y para hacer huevos al gusto y la cocina estĆ” sĆŗper equipada, llevamos cortes de carne ahĆ­ nos facilitaron todo para hacerla estuvimos en el rooftop increĆ­ble lo recomiendo para festejos, descansos y si quieres estar en contacto con el mar el silencio la naturaleza

Muy retirado y mĆ”s cuando es la primera vez [Cuartos muy muy buenos a excelentes y vista y privacidad de 100 Pero el no tener acceso a los alimentos eso les falla mucho ya que deben de recalcar que si llegas despuĆ©s de tales hr se traigan comida etc etc Y eso creo pierden clientes sin comida disponible imagĆ­nese lo que hay que manejar uno lo hace pero mucha ge te que viene a encerrarse no lo harĆ” Eso se desanima mucha gente Sin alimentos se acaba la felicidad Y aparte lejos y lo perciben inseguro por se de metrĆ³poli

No es un resort

El lugar estĆ” muy bonito, pero el servicio muy malo, lo describen como resort, cosa que no es, no hay desayuno, el servicio de la comida extremadamente lento y malo. DeberĆ­an de avisar para antes comprar comida ya que estĆ” en medio de la nada, no habĆ­a agua cuando llegamos, el Ćŗltimo dĆ­a nos saliĆ³ un alacrĆ”n.
