"In the pictures this hotel has a pool but when you get there there's no pool they filled the pool in which was the whole reason I booked it was to go swimming straight garbage and staff refuse to give me a refund even though I didn't want to stay there because there was no pool. And the vending machine tries to charge you $3.10 for a drink that's outrageous"

"Everything was perfect "

"this is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time was the reason why I came back the second time but I stayed in room 300 and for the most part it was clean but I noticed in my shower, there was a bar of soap left in there as if the shower wasn’t cleaned. there was also a roll of toilet paper in the corner of the bed under the nightstand. not sure why but nonetheless, the room was decent. "

"The front desk staff and bar staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. There was little to no eye contact and front desk lady was on her phone while checking me (us) in. When I asked about the fire pit on the patio to be turned on, I was told it was not the season for it however, another couple was sitting by a fire on the other side of the courtyard. I feel we were discriminated against due to being a same-sex couple. The bar server was asked about the brands of tequila and walked away while answering as she was also having a conversation with a couple across the bar. We were on the second floor and there were kids and drunk adults RUNNING around screaming and knocking on doors all night long. When front desk was called initially no one answered then I was told "thank you for calling down." NOTHING was done about the noise or disturbance. "

"This was a very magical place to stay--unlike any other place we have stayed before! Very peaceful and quiet! We enjoyed our stay very much and it was hard to leave. The host Marcus' communication is excellent and he offered for us to reach out for any suggestions on places to eat, attractions in the area, etc. Thank you so much, Marcus, for sharing this special place with us and others! "Uncomfortable beds. Excessive noise and drug use allowed in hotel. Breakfast was just ok. Staff did give us another room after multiple noise complaints. Would not recommend."
