"Single room for three nights while working away.
Room had everything I needed.
Food was very good. Both breakfast and evening meals. Good portions and great choice."
"It was clean, the rooms are large, plenty of space to hang your clothes and plenty of drawers to put your other items of clothing. The bathroom was large and the towels were very soft.
The location is near to the beach and central for visiting other towns. It was very quiet considering there is a pub and a resteraunt on site. . And the beds are so comfortable... I slept like a baby every night. The best value for money I have ever experienced."
"Fantastic place the only downer was that the meal l chose wad unavailable and so l went with the same potion as my wife, rolled rib eye, and to be cooked the same, medium rare. I found mine rather dry and yet my wife's was cooked as she asked Anthony was"
"I loved the pool area it was really nice and good to see the pool being cleaned overnight. it would be good if there was a bar of soap provided as it’s tricky having a bath when the squeeze shower gel is high at shower level.
The shower was a bit dodgy as it squirted water upwards and bounced off the ceiling but I did report it. The rooms were nice and we had a great fan to keep us cool. nice tea and coffee with decaf too.
The only bit that was frustrating was that the people came to collect the dirty washing or something at 6am which was really noisy each morning.
The lady on reception was lovely.
I didn’t anticipate being asked to pay for parking though which was a bit of a surprise.
Breakfast was good with a nice cooked breakfast and yoghurt cereal juice etc.
I heard people asking for porridge and someone was offered pancakes so it would have been nice if we had been offered this too."
"Location fantastic just off the bridge, lovely terraces and big garden. Breakfast great and dinner also good, luxury fish pie was delicious. All in all a great base to explore from."
"I stayed here with my 2 sons at the weekend and can't fault it for the price.
The staff were friendly, the hotel is really well placed to drive to multiple great beaches.
We were comfy, it was clean, the rooms had everything we needed and it was quiet at night, which as a light sleeper I really appreciate at a hotel.
We would absolutely stay here again and I would recommend this place to my friends and family."
"Staff very helpful and professional . breakfast superb . Extra staff needed at bar at peak times . Room could been cleaned more thoroughly eg shades on bedside tables very dusty and fan was quite dusty too . Overall though we had a lovely stay . Will be recommending to friends snd family ."
