We have checked the room you stayed in and it did have a damaged wall in the bathroom because we are in the process of replacing our tissue holder for this room during your stay. Same as with the murphy bed, which we suggest not to be closed, and the windowsill, which we advised not to be opened, are both scheduled for repair but only after your stay date. Unfortunately, we are unable to have this scheduled earlier as we are experiencing a high volume of arrivals. Do know that we do not block rooms that are unsafe for our clients and we would have been more than happy to change your room have we known that it is not to your satisfaction. We are, and have always been committed to providing the best value and service for our guest's money and we wish to be able to have the chance to have you experience that on your next visit in the area. Hello Norma, We did receive your note, as I can see, you are the one that made your own reservation on EXPEDIA and it seems that you did not choose the room you wish to have. On your next stay, make sure to reserve a Comfort Room or an Executive Room or an Urbain Room or a Double Room which are the type of rooms that are on the ground level. We have 11 different types of rooms, so I understand it could be a little bit difficult to choose which ones are on the ground floor. After this additional information, we would like you to help us by correcting your NOTE SCORE now that you have more information showing that we did not make any change on the room reservation that we received by EXPEDIA as we have no control on that.
