"Room was not prepared before arrival. The sofa bed had a old chewing gum stuck on there and the bedding was not available. Had to spend the first night without proper bedding phone did not work and had to request three times. Coffee machine did not work and the pods were not availed only two small waters for four people stay. The towel also had a stain in general the house keeping was not great and staff were mot friendly."

"Very stylish hotel, with very good amenities. Staff very friendly, rooftop terrace amazing. Great location, quite away from the centre of Amsterdam but very well connected with lots of trains and busses."

"The hotel is in good location (close to trams and buses). Many shopping options close by. The staff is friendly, and helpful. The room and beds are good. Only complaint is the shower door cannot be closed, so water is spilled on the floor."

"I wasn’t happy with the cleaning, I found a gel nail on the bed and underneath the bed was dirty there was rubbish which I didn’t notice until we were about to leave. Breakfast was expensive as we only eat continental breakfast so we ate out. Staff were good,"

"Good basic accommodation. The room and hotel were clean. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel. The shuttle bus is reliable there are about 2 each hour. So you might have to wait. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again. Thank you Ibis Budget."

"Weird hotel. Rooms feel like dorm rooms. They are not big enough for more than one person. We had a king size bed but it's jammed in between the two walls and you have to crawl over each other to get in and out. The bed base is dirty and stained. I don't think they look at the edge against the wall when cleaning but if you're in the bed you see all the dirt. There was hair in our shower and it's an extremely small space if someone else needs to use the toilet at the same time. Working everything with an iPad is annoying for me. Supposed to be cool and modern I guess but it's extremely cramped. "
