"Very nice and comfortable hotel within walking distance from Fira. Property is beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Met the manager at check-in, very pleasant lady who paid attention to every detail. I saw her again twice during breakfast checking the buffet making sure everything was at its best. Pool area was beautiful and relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel."

They gave me a blanket when they saw me watching the sunset and it was a little cold. Also brought me wine a one fruit free of charge! They were so helpful and kind. Really enjoyed my stay here. "The view from this property is absolutely breathtaking, with an incredible caldera view that truly stands out and makes the entire stay memorable. The place was clean and everything matched what was described on the property page, which made the stay very reliable and comfortable. Since we did not have a rental car, the property was helpful in arranging taxis for us whenever needed. The property also had two bathrooms, one of which had an open concept design. This was not an issue for us. There are quite a few stairs to climb, but that is expected for the location and part of the overall experience. Overall, it was a beautiful stay. We didn’t get the Expedia perk of 1 beverage per 2 people per stay. "
