"Decent size suite for Japan standards. Sofa beds not made up, are small (for a tall family) and very firm. However overall a nice suite. Staff extremely helpful and kind, when we lost my sons phone, even posted it to Niseko for us. Property close to train station but could benefit from being more central to more restaurants and site seeing."

"This hotel was great! Clean, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast with many options, and very convenient to Shinjuku station. Many stores and restaurants within walking distance, very accessible and helpful staff, not yo mention luxury shampoo, body wash and best hair dryer I’ve ever used. "

"Our stay here was absolutely lovely! It’s a bit of a walk from Shinjuku station, but we didn’t mind. Our room was a good size, the beds and bedding were extremely comfortable, and because it’s not too close to Shinjuku station it was quieter at night. "
