"The hotel was conveniently located within Tokyo. It is close to the train station, particularly the JR Yamanote line which hits all of the major city centers. It is also close to shopping & restaurants in Ikebukuro. The hotel is more dated but still elegant and rooms were clean and comfortable. There were several great restaurant and bar options within the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again for future trips! "

"Great hotel and garden in Tokyo! Beautiful public spaces, large rooms, and a magical garden complement the courteous and cheerful staff who clearly take great pride in where they work. Highly recommend both the Japanese and Western breakfasts. They were great — and there aren’t many options near the hotel. Only suggestion would be to relocate the Sunday brunch. The room that was used during our stay was large and windowless — and felt a little dark compared to the rest of the property."

I look forward to staying there again in the future when I visit Tokyo. The staff was very helpful and respectful. I had no issues with them at all. It was very quiet, and if I ever needed anything, they were very quick to provide excellent service."
