"The hotel was excellent, everything you'd expect from a first-class accommodation. My issue was with the service staff, who didn't properly inform me about the amenities included in my executive room. There were supposed to be drinks and snacks on my floor, but there weren't. When I asked at checkout, since I was only staying one night, I was told that when the staff wasn't on the floor, I could request them at the lobby bar, but no one informed me of this. I was very disappointed with this service after choosing the best option for my short stay. Aside from this, the facilities are impeccable, and the hotel meets everything you'd expect. I recommend it, but make sure you know what's included in your reservation and request it."

"The hotel is very clean and modern, service was great- Jesus who showed us to our room was great. The room was spacious and very modern with great amenities. Free shuttle is available to and from airport which is a great perk. Location was great walkable to many parts of the town. My only drawbacks is that the pool was not that heated, Jacuzzi temperature was not that warm and after informing the spa reception nothing was done. The sauna and steam were also not working, for a hotel of this calibre there should be more effort put in these areas. Breakfast was good but nothing to rave on about, if you are vegan there are a lack of options apart from bread and fruit. We requested for oatmeal to be made as one guests didn’t eat eggs but was given dried oats in a bowl. "

"We loved our 5 night stay at Hotel BH Bicentenario! We felt completely safe with the extra layers of security, the location was absolutely perfect for walking to restaurants and shops, and we never had trouble getting an uber when we needed to venture to more distant parts of the city. Juan Diego at reception was so helpful and efficient (with perfect English) and we found the common spaces to be chic yet inviting. Breakfast had a variety of choices and we appreciated that it opened very early as we were able to eat before our tours began. Our room was large and sleek; we especially loved the floor-to-ceiling windows with the electric shade. We did hear city noise, as this is a vibrant part of Candelaria, but it was never enough to keep us awake. The shower was awesome with great pressure and plenty of hot water, the mini fridge was perfect for storing some light bites, and the bed was super comfy with plenty of pillows. Highly recommend!"
