"It's not brand new and not the Ritz Carlton, but it is a well maintained property with everything you need. The rooms were clean and the beachfront rooms are the way to go. The pool area is great with a pool bar. Restaraunt offers a great breakfast with lunch and dinner options. Pet friendly. Staff are very accomodating. All the comforts needed for a beach stay at a reasonable price. Easy access to St. Augustine. "

"The best thing about the property is the location. Its right on the beach, with downtown St. Augustine a very short trip away. The hotel is on the Trolley Tour stop which makes time in the Old Town easy and convenient for a reasonable fee. The worst thing about the property is the mandatory valet parking!!!"
