"Parking was good. First impression was not good. Cigarette butts everywhere when walking to door. Inside is rundown. Not what I was expecting from pictures. Room was ok clean. Cover on bed was stained and had rips in it. Took a while for water to get hot. Overall stay was ok."

"I have stayed here 3 times over several years, and this will be last time i stay here. It has gone downhill so much. The homeless hang out on the front lobby and all around the building. Only door that works is the front door. Elevator is barely working and was even shut down at one point. Breakfast EVERY morning for a week was eggs and sausage links. Toaster barely toasts bread or begal. Room has wall mount heater/ac, but no labels, have to just guess and what to see what comes out. Once its running, it sounda like a plane in your room because its so loud. This place is so terrible i actually considered getting another hotel and just dealing with the price of 2 places. Price is affordable, yes. But so many better places around town to feel safe and comfortable. "

"I had a problem with the fire place and I called the property manager and within a half hour he showed up and took care of it that is important to me to be able to get a hold of someone me and my family had a great time and after a day of skiing the hot tub was a huge bonus "
