"Room was great, AC kept it nice and cool, service down at the desk and from housekeeping was great. Nice smart tv in the room with all the usual streaming apps (some require you to sign in with your own account, of course, but YouTube you can watch for free). Laundry room just off the lobby worked without issue. Just overall a great stay at a great price. The only downside is that its way up on the north end of Guam, but it was absolutely worth it."

"Every staff of Lotte Hotel Guam was very kind and friendly. Most guests were Korean, but it doesn't matter. Also, it has three swimming pools, including one pool for kids, they were very exciting. "New Harmon Loop Hotel is in an excellent location if you wish to be away from the beach. The room was very comfortable, bathroom is in great condition and spacious. The staff - exceptionally amazing. They truly make you feel as you are home away from home. There are several food selections below the hotel and in the surrounding area. Whenever visiting Guam, this will be my top selection! Great job NHL!!!"

"We got a room here soon after super typhoon Sinlaku passed. We checked several resorts and the Hyatt was the only one we found who could accept new guests at the time. They seemed to do the best job at preparing for the storm and recovering quickly. We were so appreciative to be able to escape there to have power, water and laundry again. Thank you again!"

"The balcony provided a nice view of the city and some of its surroundings. And since it's New Year, it's convenient to watch the fireworks display though some of it is covered by the bigger building beside it. The airport can also be easily seen. "
