"The property is decorated in a distinctive and home-y way, with many personal artifacts and a lot of character, in a "shabby chic" style. The proprietors are friendly without being pushy; happy to offer advice or assist with tour arrangements or transportation if you want, but not intrusive. Downsides: our bathroom had issues; randomly no hot water, toilet couldn't be flushed with any toilet paper in it, and the shower was dated. You can't adjust the room temperature directly.
