Hilton Hotels hotels in Andes, South America

Good hotel, breakfast is simple but good, location is not bad but you have to walk up will if you want to come back walking from town center. They organise taxi to go to the train station and give recommendations.

The place was excellent and outstanding, the staff were so kind, and the areas were always clean.

A very pleasant stay from start to finish. The beds were super comfortable, the hotel was immaculate, and the bedroom was spacious and relaxing. The shower was excellent too. Highly recommend.

I would like to commend whomever was working the front desk at 4am Sunday 7 September. Due to an overnight flight, I made a mistake and didn't actually have a reservation until 2pm that day. Although there were no rooms available she let me catch a few hours sleep on a couch in a lower level lobby. She also prioritized cleaning a room for me and I was able to check-in at 10am! I was so sleepy that I didn't catch her name, but I want her to be recognized for going above and beyond with customer...

Felt more like a B&B, family run and very homely. Large comfortable bed, and homemade breakfast. They even gave us a packed lunch the morning we left at 4am to visit Rainbow Valley. 15-20mins walk from city centre, quiet neighbourhood.
