"My room was extremely hot , there were 2 fans whuch did very little to cool it. A mobile aircon unit would have been preferable. I didnt sleep well becayse if the heat My son had upgraded and had aircon, so this needs to be considered. This was after the heatwave, I think if the temps had been 30plus outside the room would have been unuseable..."

"The room was clean and generally comfortable. The breakfast was excellent the evening meal at the bar was pretty good. Unfortunately, I was there on 2 of the hottest days the Rooms did not have adequate ventilation a couple of small fans provided did nothing to help. 2 nights of very hot sweaty non sleep."

"When we arrived at reception we were greeted by a lovely lady called Teresa, she was friendly and helpful, she upgraded our room which was lovely of her, the place was lovely, clean, and smelt great. The touches to our room were very much appreciated, stocked mini fridge, coffee machine, large TV and the biggest bed I've ever stayed in."

"The rooms were large and clean. Only body wash and shampoo in the bathroom. No hair conditioner. No real cupboard, just a few hangers in a sort of cupboard. There was an iron and an ironing board. Breakfast was okay for us, we don't eat all the food there was served (buffet breakfast). They had snacks so we had a pizza. The receptionists were excellent, so helpful. Also the waiters in the dining room were very helpful. It's a good place for one night before a flight or a cruise."
