The water went out around 4pm on Saturday and I couldn't get ahold of the host. I sent 3 messages before I heard back at 9am. We had to melt snow all evening to have water for the toilet. The cabin had a very rustic feel to it but was very comfortable. The host was very responsive to messages and helpful. I would definitely rent from this host again
