"Scenic grounds. Our room (Mississippi Suite) was beautiful with a lovely view. The screened in deck was a bonus (comfortable furniture included). Breakfast delivered to our room was so yummy. "We stayed at this property for a girls trip. It was exactly what we were going for. Quiet, peaceful & adorable. Went to Dubuque for a day and Galena the next. Our mornings were on the porch enjoying our coffee listening to the cows welcome the morning followed by the birds. The deer had a parade in the mornings as well along the bubbling creek. And watching the neighbors horses in the pasture was magnificent. Evenings were dark-dark, which allowed us to admire the night sky filled with stars. Our Bible study hit different surrounded by God's creation. It was a great stay and we hope to come back."
