Although the staff is off site they are super friendly, honest and pretty knowledgeable about the area which is great for first time visitors. The property was super clean and offers an amazing view of the Mississippi River and the lock and damn. My only bummer was the property is not in partnership with the property down the hill so you can not walk down the hill and fish off the dock which really sucked when bass where jumping to the surface for food. But all in all 10/10 best place to take a vacation. There are other fishing spots just a short walk or drive away."
