Pleasant and helpful staff. Spacious, well appointed and clean room. Good selection on buffet breakfast. Good value for a Central London overnight stay and just round the corner from Marble Arch tube station so easy transport links.

Can’t speak highly enough about The Drey! The staff were so kind and welcoming and I was even able to check in a couple hours early. As a solo woman travelling I felt very safe with the online key card and overall vibe of the hotel. The room was clean and perfect for one person (I booked the Snug room). Location is fantastic, just a stones throw from Earl’s Court Station. There’s also plenty of coffee shops and food shops around to grab anything you need. Very pleased with my stay and made my first trip to London in over a decade a very happy one ◡̈ thank you so much to everyone at The Drey.

The room was tidy and sufficient. Staff was friendly. While they were in the middle of an ownership transfer they did well making our stay almost perfect. The hotel was located in Winchester, close to city sites, tube, and bus stations so we had no problem getting around and enjoying the city.
