The bathroom is comfortable and fully equipped with a shower and washing machine. The entire house is cooled and heated by a large air conditioner. The property features a charming courtyard where you can also eat and relax. Access to the apartment is easy and flexible, allowing you to arrive stress-free. 

After booking, you’ll receive all the information you need for a quick and hassle-free check-in. Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. If you have any special requests, I’d be happy to discuss them with you to ensure you have the best possible experience. To comply with Italian regulations, all guests—including minors—must present a valid ID. This process allows us to report the information to the relevant authorities in accordance with current laws.

Lilli’s house is ideally located, close to all major amenities and, best of all, with free parking just a stone’s throw from the apartment—it’s all very convenient, and the lake is a 5-minute drive away. The train station for the Rome-Viterbo line is a 10-minute walk away, where you can easily reach and admire the endless wonders of Rome without the usual hassles of parking, restricted traffic zones, and traffic.

There’s a bus stop and a Cotral stop (which will take you to the lake if you don’t have a car) right in front of the house.
