Value for money hotel room
Staffs are very helpful throughout my 6 days stay despite little hiccups. Location is good too. Highly recommend, and suitable for value for money.

Good room, with great view of Ankara. Often smelt of smoke though as many guests must smoke in their rooms.

Stayed there for a week while my mom was recovering from her surgery. The staff was exceptionally friendly and eager to help. The room was clean. They do not have non-smoke rooms, so expect some smoke smell. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay here once again.

Lovely.
Friendly reception. Nice, spacious room. Lamp lighting a bit dim but windows open to winds and views. Fast, smooth wifi. Breakfast nice. Location: a quiet street but near to lokantasis. I'll book this hotel when I come to Ankara again.

The hotel was not the best. House keeping never clean my room for my 4 days stay, the breakfast was not the best and not many options. And the staff spoken barely any English.

Near to Ankara Castle and Museum of Anatolian Civilizations, the reason we came to Ankara. Nightlife district is about 3kms away, walkable but taxis are plenty and reasonably priced. The room and the bathroom were heated enough, making a pleasant trip during winter.

Avoid at all cost
Just stayed there for two hours. We were put into a smoking room with terrible smell, even though we booked non-smoking room. When we complaint to with the front desk, we were offered to change to a room that had “less smell” though it was as horrible as the first. We preferred to loose our money rather than getting sick with that unbearable smell.

It was amazing. The staffs were polite and kind. I could speak English with them without problem. They gave me important information about the area. The room was clean and quite. To go to the metro or bus station you can just walk 10 minute. You can access shops and city center easily.

A very good hotel. I was really satisfied there. The staff was very helpful and kind. It deserve to be a 4 stars Hotel. Internet speed was very good. Also the breakfast was good. The room was very clean and it has been Sterilized every day. Absolutely i will book again with grand sera hotel :)

Grand sera hotel went ways beyond my expectations. Very friendly staff and room service. Clean rooms with very good breakfast. Location is close to everywhere and the area is safe. Only the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom was bothering ( probably coming from other rooms through the ventilators) In short, I would definetly consider staying at grand sera in my future trips to Ankara.

Accessibility by public transportation is not easy in the evening. Other than this, it is worth to stay for short trips.

Lovely hotel for an excellent price.
Very nice hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good, room clean and comfortable. Price was unbelievably cheap since everything was of a good standard. If I'm ever going back to Ankara, I would book again.

It was an amazing stay. The place was so clean and comfortable. The view outside was amazing. The hotel is situated very close to kizilay and ulus. Their room’s washroom was warm unlike the other hotels I stayed in which makes it a big plus especially in winters. I loved staying there and will definitely stay again if I have to. It should be given 10/10.

For a 3 star hotel, this definitely exceeded my expectations. The room was comfortable with a queen size bed, sitting area next to the window with a lovely view of the mosque, and a modern clean bathroom. Tea, coffee, and water provided in the room. Breakfast was a standard Turkish breakfast of meat, cheese, tomato, and cucumber, with extras such as pastries, hot chips, cereal, and lentil soup. The best part of the hotel experience was the staff, who were very accommodating, they even offered a late checkout without request. Hotel is only a 10-15 minute walk from the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations and Ankara castle. Less than 10 minute drive from the YHT train station. I was also able to get a cab to most areas of the city from the hotel for less than 15TL (can stand located just down the street from the hotel).

Lovely stay in old Ankara
this was a great choice of hotel in the old part of Ankara, the rooms at the rear are overlooking the old city and very quiet, the buffett breakfast was really nice with great choices, i really enjoyed my 4 night stay getting around to all the local sites, the only downside, was, it was a but of a walk from the airport shuttle bus stop !

very convenient for Altindag sights
We wanted somewhere close to the Museum of Anatolian Cultures and the castle. This was a perfect location as both within walking distance. Also close to the market and a metro station to link to the rest of the metro system and wider Ankara. This is a comfortable and handy hotel, perfect for a couple of days. Free parking outside the front door and a more than adequate breakfast.
