"Es war das meiste hervorragend bis auf den Kofferservice.Wir als ältere Leuten haben das schlecht empfunden, dass keine uns beim Koffertragen half und zum Zimmer begleitete. Der hintere Glasaufzug war wunderbar und sehr hilfreich. Der eine Zugng zum Speisesaal dürfte nie geöffnet sein, da es nach dem Zutritt links 3 Stufen abwärts geht, wobei der Fußboden und die Treppenstufen die Gleiche Farbe haben und kein Handlauf vorhanden ist."

"After an early glitch with access using the key card I really appreciated this luxurious hotel. Grand piano in the entrance hall, large and comfortable bedroom with seating area. "I would recommend to request the 5th floor. There is a mini golf course directly in front of the hotel and the noise level is high into the night. The advertised pool was out of order, but we got a coupon for a nearby indoor pool. Unfortunately very crowded. If you want piece and quiet, look somewhere else. "
