Palm Court is an updated villa which sleeps 4, making it perfect for smaller groups. But don’t let the small size fool you, Palm Court Villas has everything you need for the ultimate vacation.

Palm Court is ideally situated in the heart of Anna Maria Village. Take a short walk to experience great shops, diverse restaurants, fishing piers and the Community Center. Beautiful white sand beaches are just one short block away and feature a wonderful row of Australian pine trees for shade and cool relaxing. When you’re ready to explore, jump on the free Island trolley that stops at the corner of Magnolia Ave and runs the entire length of Anna Maria Island.

The owners have thought of all conveniences. You will find a modern, fully equipped kitchen, ample linens including beach towels, washer/dryer, and comfortable furnishings. There is a beach gear shed with beach cart, umbrella, chairs, and sand toys. The open tropical courtyard is a wonderful place to enjoy a late afternoon margarita or a relaxed dinner prepared on the charcoal grill.

So, pack your flip flops, and get ready to enjoy charming Palm Court. And if you have a larger group, Villa A can be rented along with Villa B to allow a party of 8 to enjoy all this lovely rental has to offer.

Great location walking distances to all shops on Pine and Gulf Ave. The condo was totally updated everything was new and the place was professionally decorated. Even the exterior of the building had fresh paint and was very well kept. The condo had everything we needed and outside in the locked shed area was full of beach supplies again everything we needed. Looking forward to returning back to this property it will be our “go to” place for sure.

This was EXACTLY the area we were hoping to stay as it's close to Bean Point, a block to gorgeous beach. Walked to the Sandbar Restaurant, The Porch, Harry's, Bortell's and Slim's. To find out our place was totally remodeled and perfect in every way was such a bonus! Had a bit of a rain day so couch was perfect for snuggling up for a good movie. Kitchen was fully stocked for preparing coffee and quick lunches. I'm a bedding freak and loved the linens! Cotton, thank you and soft pillows! Huge closets so there's no room clutter and even full suze washer and dryer. Beach was so close ww could run back for forgotten items or relax with lunch before returning to the sand and crystal clear water. Loved that everyone celebrated sunset on the beach together.

Awesome two bedroom villa with everything we needed for the perfect stay on AMI. Short walk to the beach and walking distance to all of our favorite restaurants and shops on Pine Avenue and Gulf Drive. Would definitely stay here again!

This property was amazing! Exactly like the listing! Very clean and comfortable with everything you could need! The location is also great. The best breakfast and lunch place on the island is a 2 minute walk to the corner and there are also many other restaurants within walking distance. A beautiful beach only a block away. What more could you ask for?

Fantastic find on Anna Maria Island

We had a snafu with checking in - incorrect door code given- but it was quickly resolved and the rest of the stay was flawless. This property is a gem - brand new finishes and a block and a half away from the beach makes it the perfect place to stay. Very well appointed for all of your needs. Thank you for a great vacation!

This place is the perfect location in Anna Maria! Just a few blocks from the beach and also walking distance from lots of restaurants and shops. The space is also very nice and clean. When we go back to AMI, we will definitely stay here again.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property on AMI. The home was clean and in the center of everything…less than 2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to many restaurants. Communication with the property manager was very easy. Thank you for everything!

We loved our stay! The home was super clean and in a great location for the beach, restaurants and shopping. Our only issue was a broken beach chair and they provided a new one promptly. We were totally impressed with the response time. It’s an amazing place. We can’t wait to return.

Perfect location.

We loved our stay. Perfect walking location to the beach. The only downfall was I wish there where more supplies available. When you are flying somewhere and staying its nice to have basic supplies needed for the week and not have to provide these yourself, such as paper towels, garbage bags etc. Other than this is was perfect.

I had the best time in AMI with my two daughters. We planned a long weekend before they both went off to college. The house was located walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shopping. So perfect!! It was super clean, nicely decorated and very charming. It had everything that we needed. We want to come back next year!

We loved this property. Within walking distance to many excellent places. Everything that you need for your trip was provided and the best part was they even had a cart, beach chairs and a float for you to use. The king bed was comfortable.
