Newly Renovated Sea Breeze Cottage with Private Dock, Easy Access to Bimini Bay

Welcome to Sea Breeze, our newly renovated home with 2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms, a private dock, and an unobstructed, natural view of Bimini Bay. Smart TV, WiFi, washer/dryer, and a full kitchen with cooking essentials. Sea Breeze cottage is located at the North End of Anna Maria Island, sailboat direct to Bimini Bay, walking distance to Pine Ave, City Pier, and popular restaurants. Our private oasis has everything needed for a perfect beach vacation at the serene North End of Anna Maria Island.


The entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows frames the bay view inside the property. You can enjoy the beautiful water and wildlife when you're sitting on the couch or cooking in the kitchen. The second floor allows you to have a higher perspective of the canal, making you feel like you live right above the water!

Or have a BBQ and enjoy a relaxing drink on the balcony, where there's an outdoor dining table and chairs for you to have a chill in nature, closer to wildlife. The BBQ is free to use.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertop. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking, large grill, and Keurig (starter pods provided) for your coffee/tea needs. Enjoy dinner in the dining area or out on the deck. Don't want to cook? The home is walking distance away from multiple excellent restaurants (some right on the beach!).

Other things to note:
* You can park your boat at the private dock. Please note that the dock can't lift boats. Please let me know if you need to park your boat. There are four docks in the back. You can dock your boat on the left-hand side of the sailboat. (when you face the water) . There is a spiral staircase leading to the second-floor balcony.
* The cottage is a two-unit building, and this one is the Second floor unit with a beautiful waterfront view.

Winter get away

This unit was very cute and comfortable for the 5 weeks we were in Florida. We first thought it was a little far from our usual haunts, but the walking was good and it was a nice and quite for sleeping. Jenny was great and responsive, but we really had no issues.

Great Stay!

This was the perfect stay for our quick getaway to AMI. Our boys loved playing baseball on the quiet cul-de-sac out front and our daughter enjoyed bird watching and seeing dolphin swim down the canal. We were able to dock our boat with no problem right there on site. The public boat ramp is not too far from the house which was another plus. About 10 mins in the car and 15 mins by boat. It was a great setup for us and our 3 young children! Thank you Jenny!

We really enjoyed our stay. Jenny was very pleasant. Only reason for a four is a lot of construction as lower level and dock/deck area is still being remodeled due to hurricanes last year, so I get it. It got hit hard. I didn’t expect the work going on the entire time, but I understand you have to take the help when it’s available. Our upper unit was great. We had everything we needed. Location on island and to beaches and shopping was convenient.. I would definitely consider again if we return to the Island! Good luck with your remodel. You have a lovely home.

Awesome place on the water and kept our boat at the dock over night

We were in a local fishing tournament in AMI and we have stayed here the last two years. We kept our boat at the dock overnight of which gave us a great advantage in this tournament being on the water and ready to go. We hope to continue the tradition and stay at this property next year as well!

The location was excellent, and the view was spectacular! However, there was a very strong mold smell, particularly in the back room where my kids were sleeping. My older son ended up getting sick and I had to move my children out into the living room for the remainder of the trip. The closet in that room also smelled very strongly of cat urine. The place needs better upkeep and more loving care. Paint was peeling and it did not seem to be kept up well. We would not stay there again. For the amount of money we paid, we would expect an immaculate, updated, clean place to stay.

Lots of "Shabby"....no "Chic".

We were long term renters in this "vintage era" beach cottage apartment. We found it to be rundown, worn & neglected, and in need of repairs throughout. Although it has a lovely view, the VRBO pictures and description are misleading. Several "DIY" type "renovations" exist while most of the floors, ceilings & walls have holes & patches which need to be repaired and repainted. Many window shades are tattered and need to be replaced. Deck furniture was in poor condition... cushions were dirty & torn. Upon arrival, the grill was rusted and a safety hazzard. Beach chairs were also dirty and rusted. Positives: A great view, fair location (long walk to beach) and the internet, TV & W/D worked well.The owner was contacted & quickly responded to our complaints of the unit not being clean upon our arrival, a water "shutoff" mid-stay, A/C issues, and the unusable grill...which she replaced a few days later. In summary, this unit may have significant potential but it misses the mark in it's current run-down condition. I would not return to, or recommend. Definitely disappointing!

Second trip to Sea Breeze Cottage

We recently enjoyed our second stay at Jenny’s house on AMI. Our first trip 4 years previously left us with a yearning to return and we arrived it felt like home. It’s a fantastic place to stay, furnishings, utilities, crockery are all to the highest standard. Jenny is very responsive as a host and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her place. We will be back. The only differences from last time - outside hanging chair not as comfy, but double beds in the second bedrooms are a great new addition.

upstairs waterfront access on AMI

Nice northern waterfront AMI location on canal. host Jenny was available by phone to try and tke care of any issues which arose. This is an older home which has been renovated to provide nice acces to the water - small deck allows outside sitting and grilling overlooking water. Enjoyed biking and kayaking here and visiting City Pier just down the road and my favorite upper AMI place - Rod n Reel Pier - good food and fun watching the fishing and dolphins.
