"The staff were wonderful. The hotel is having work done on it so the breakfast was in another room and they were making the best of a bad situation. Just wished i knew they were doing work. Maybe i wouldn't have stayed there. Sorry"

"Place is not located far from Peddlers Village. Free breakfast is standard fare if you've stayed at a hotel offering this service. My chief complaint was the bed was caved into the middle. "

"The staff was very professional and helpful. The property was very nice although quiet expensive. We were there for a wedding and other guest coming from outside had no availabilty to park even with valet. Valet for a charge would have been a nicer option. "

"First room, I did not see for myself but my fiancée advised it was not clean and had hairs on bed. The second room, I did see and there were dishes in the sink, a bag of towels and toilet paper rolls on the couch. It looks like they were in the middle of prepping the room. Finally 3rd room they gave us was good. On a different note, there should be a policy in place for the hotels to make changes. I selected a 3 bedroom suite and they counted the sofa bed as a 3rd bed and not 2 beds in one room. After discovering this I wanted to make the change but the hotel was unable to do it because it was considered a 3rd party, This was a loss for all, we didn't the comfortability that we wanted, the hotel could have made more money with the upgrade and hotels.com could have made money charging a change fee. Everyone could have won in this situation but instead everyone lost. "

"It was quiet peaceful the rooms were clean and the front desk guy was awesome"

"Hardwood furniture was in rough shape. Cabinet pulls were loose on built ins. Bed was comfy. The room felt stark. No art work on any walls. 😕"
