Very well placed, everything is accessible on foot. Private garage.
In this apartment, everything is new!
Living room side: Freebox TV and high speed WiFi internet, 160 cm sofa bed and wardrobe, relax armchair.
Kitchen: induction hob, extractor, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer, Smeg fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette and fondue set
Bedroom side: 160 bed, wardrobe, desk, possibility of baby cot on request.
I provide sheets, fitted sheets, quilts with duvet covers, pillows with pillowcases, towels, toilet paper, tea towels and hand towels, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.
Shower room with walk-in shower / separate WC.

250m from the lake and cycle path, 500m from the Old Town, 700m from the Imperial Casino, 1km from the bus / train stations, near the Stud farm with its small Bio Resto "Armony Saveurs", opposite the Galeries Lafayette with its self-service cafeteria "The Crescendo"! next to the large local Saturday market, the Casino supermarket and Aquarius Bio ... Private garage.

But above all lovers of the region. The Annecy basin is for us one of the richest places in France, for its beauty, the diversity of the activities it offers, or for its gastronomy. Being present on ABRITEL is not only for us a way to rent our apartment, it is a way to share our passion for this extraordinary place.
