"The location was perfect for exploring the Old Town. Very walkable and close to lots of lovely shops and restaurants. Spoiled for choice! Parking was 50% off at the Hotel de Ville parking garage which was helpful. We paid about €6. The breakfast room was very nicely appointed, and the breakfast had a good selection. We stayed on a Monday and the bar is closed in a Monday so we didn’t experience that. The rooms are a little tired and I would say small however they way they are put together, including an interior door and the bathroom backing on to the bed wall, means that you don’t hear other guests coming and going, so that was a real plus. Annecy is a stunning town. We will be back!"

"Lovely hotel a lot closer to the old town than you think really nice rooms restaurant was very nice and a bakery next to reception which had gorgeous cakes tes coffee and very reasonable made our stay very enjoyable would not hesitate to stay again "

"It’s a lovely hotel, our bedroom was basic and decoration a bit dated. The staff were very nice, but best of all the location was lovely- views and a short walk in daylight through the forest. The food was very expensive in relation to the hotel - and difficult for us as we were a mix of vegetarians and other needs. It was a great experience and value for money. Great hot chocolate- in the best cups and saucers. "

"Staff friendly although we arrived early and whilst our room wasn't ready we were able to park in the secure parking. It would have been helpful if we were checked in at the earlier time and then all we would have needed to collect was our key. The room had been refurbished however unfortunately we were able to hear a lot of noise from adjacent rooms "

"Comfortable room in a very nice town. Easy to get to the old town and to the train station. Cute style and bathroom not too small as some hotels. Staff very pleasant."
