"Unfortunately I lost my driving license in the UK on the way over to Italy so couldn't hire a car. Luckily I had friends who transported me to and from the hotel as required. There is no easy access to public transport and it is remote from shops too. To my surprise, I found out this hotel is one also used by couples seeking privacy, if you know what I mean. I didn't witness anything myself so not a problem for solo travellers. It was clean and staff were very friendly "

Hotel had a nice appearance and staff at reception desk were helpful, although Hotel restaurant was closed on a Sunday, but hotel had laid on a free finger buffet instead. Area was quiet. Nice rooftop area with almost panoramic views, although all the outside tables had already been reserved. Could have done without the DJ, which conflicted with the sounds coming from the city centre."

"Agriturismo Pizzavacca was a real beauty, and the hosts were all so kind and helpful. We stayed in the Deluxe Quadruple Room with Garden View. The apartment was impeccably well kept, spacious, cool from air conditioning (despite high summer heat), sound proof, and had nice beds. The lift was most helpful too, to move our luggage with ease. They have an on-site restaurant and the food, wine and breakfast were all divine. A special touch were their homemade jams and juices, which were delicious. My kids enjoyed their small playground, massive lawn and small swimming pool. We absolutely look forward to returning soon!"
