Open kitchen with oven, 4 hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette oven, fondue set. Dining area. Living room with TV, Wi-Fi and access to the balcony. The fireplace cannot be used. Separate bathroom and WC. Balcony - South-facing terrace. Quiet, beautiful view, easy access, sunny, close to shops and public transport. Ski room. No lift. One parking space in the communal covered car park (height 2.25 m), opposite the building (space 52 on the 1st floor). Close to shops and the post bus stop.
