In puncto Ästhetik und Service sind noch einige Verbesserungen nötig. Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt. Den vollen Preis würde ich allerdings nicht bezahlen – dank des Online-Rabattes hat es sich gelohnt.

My second stay at the Riu Plaza which was a very enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and pleasantly impressed had an upgrade
.the breakfast included in the price waswas the best ever. My room was spacious and perfect, with all amenities.

We recently spent 6 nights here. The check in process was smooth and the room was just as described. There was plenty of space for 3 adults. We enjoyed the air conditioning, the kitchenette, and close location to the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

"There should be a duty manager on at all times to support staff and customers when a problem occurs. Draws to put clothes in and get rid of that awful monotonous music in the bar and restaurant. A shout out to Vincent he gave great customer service"
