During my stay at the Zeyda Lara Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, I initially encountered some issues with my room, including a non-functioning shower and not enough beds. Fortunately, the hotel manager, Burak, was very helpful and promptly resolved the situation by relocating me to a different room with a beautiful view, which greatly improved my experience. Another staff member, Alina, was also exceptionally helpful. She spoke several languages and assisted me with organizing transportation, connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, and resolving other minor issues along the way. She was always polite, friendly, and quick to respond. Additionally, the hotel taxi driver, Burat, provided excellent service, taking us to several locations throughout the city as well as to the airport. He was honest, reliable, and never overcharged for his services. Overall, while the stay began with a few challenges, the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff made a big difference and turned it into a pleasant experience.

The place is horrible. People shouting everywhere, the building is unfinished, when we first entered the room the electricity cut out, there was no hot water and the towels were dirty. The staff were not helpful and overall the place is a scam.

Absolutely worst hotel I’ve visited. The staff came in to my room to clean on the afternoon while I was changing my clothes?? The food wasn’t cooked enough and also tasted bad. The whole visit was terrible, I checked out earlier

Ben dün hotelden çıkış yaptım hayatimin en büyük kabusuydu temizlik yok 3 günde birkere temizlik yapıldı oda israrla havlusuz üzerimizi giyindik duschtan sonra hergün kavga çıkıyor müşterilerle en son kavgada esimin hiçbir alakasi yokken eşime saldırdı 4 kişi havuza kiyafetleriyle çoraplarla giriyorlar ama bu hotelin yetkilileriyle alakali bir durum değilde daha çok müşterinin kalitesizliyle alakali bir durum turan beye Veysel beye ve hünkar beye teşekkür ederim alakalarindan dolayi ama maalesef çok kötü bir deneyimim oldu kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum hotelden çıkarken diğer müşterilerle geçmiş olsun diyerek hoteli terk ettik.

Il y’avait un manque d’hygiène au niveau de la nourriture. La poignée de la chambre était cassée, j’ai du dormir dans une autre chambre sans mes affaires. L’ambiance était peu festive. Très peu d’activités les soirs.

Middel hotel

Hyggeligt hotel med venlige medarbejder. Der ingen problemer med mad eller drikke da alt var all inklusiv. Generelt set var hotellet/resort et fint størrelse med 3 store pool og plads til aktiviteter osv. Dog er vi skuffet over renligheden på værelset, især toilettet, da det lugtede af kloak og bruseren gik i stykker flere gange. En anden vigtig ting, som der burde lægges fokus på er kommunikationen mellem gæsterne og hotellets medarbejder. Vi var heldig at en af os var tyrker, men der var seriøst ingen der kunne forstå engelsk, hvilket burde være noget som de skal kunne forstå. Men generelt et hyggeligt sted.

Frygtelig!

Virkelig dårlig oplevelse, dårlig rengøring på værelserne, mug og rust på badeværelset. Minibaren blev fyldt op efter 32 timer efter vi tjekkede ind på værelserne. Tv, aircon samt telefonerne virkede ikke. Blev heller ikke lavet, efter vi fik anmeldt dette. Daglige tumult blandt gæster. Selv politiet var godt træt af den daglige tur til hotellet. Relax poolen fyldt med børn, selvom der er skrevet ingen u/16 tilladt. Personalet virkede sur og slidt, selvom de prøvede at gøre deres bedste. Folk “stjal” mad i deres medbragte poser/tasker, lidt mærkeligt når det var all inclusive. Det udgjorde at ta selv bordet stod tomt. Elevatoren var “konstant” i brug af rengøringspersonalet, så man skulle bruge trappen op og ned af 7’ende sal😫 Trapperne var fyldt med brugte tallerkner og glas, og der var et kloak lugt rundt omkring hotellet.

Palmet Family Lara anbefales ikke

Ikke et hotell som jeg vil anbefale til skandinavere. Elendig service, lite vennlig betjening. De som jobber der kan ikke engelsk. Stort sett russere og tyrkere som bodde der. Underholdning med mye lyd på kvelden - den slutter ca kl2345. De var flinke til å bytte håndklær og tømme søppel på rommet, utover det gjorde de ikke rent på rommet. Hotellområdet er fint men det ligger usentralt til hvis man vil på stranden ( det går en shuttlebuss som man kan ta) eller når man skal på shopping/spise ute. Man er avhengig av å ta taxi.
