Det meste af personalet var meget søde og høflige. Der er rigtig mange ting der ikke lever op til beskrivelsen, såsom ingen vandrutchebane, privat strand og balkon. Generalt stemmer billederne ikke over ens med virkeligheden, der er generelt mange mangler og defekter. All inklusive buffet var skrabet hvad kød angår.
