"The ULIV Parque Lincoln is located in a great area in Polanco. Although it is close to Avenida Presidente Masaryk, it is in a very quiet and safe place. The suite was clean, and since we stayed for 10 days, we found the kitchen area useful. What stood out the most was the staff. From the property manager, Dafna, to Ximena and the rest of the team, everyone was helpful and friendly. When we had an issue, it was taken care of quickly and happily. We would recommend this place to anyone."

"Our room at Pug Seal Polanco Allan Poe was clean and well-maintained. It was lovely to have a balcony. The staff was helpful and prompt. The common areas of the hotel were beautiful and well-maintained. The breakfast was generous--wonderful to have both light buffet-type options and to be able to order off the menu. I would definitely return to this hotel, or use one of the other Pug Seal locations, and I will be recommending it to others."

"We had a comfortable stay, and the location is great and safe. I think they need to improve the quality of the sheets and blankets. The mattress, the kitchen, the bath, and the patios are all fantastic. I also think the option to do laundry on site is very handy. The rooms have good ventilation, the air conditioning works, the staff are kind, and they are pet-friendly. 95/100"
