Fantastic and cozy newly built studio located in the Pueblo Majorero urbanization. It has a large community pool and playground. It has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a capacity for 4 guests. Kitchen fully equiped. It has a large balcony - terrace, with beautiful views of the golf course. The studio is equipped with high-speed WIFI and international channels in several languages. The closest beach is just a 3-minute walk away, as well as different services located in the Atlantic Shopping Center, just a 2-minute walk away.

excellente location

très bel appartement neuf très propre, sécurisé (alarme) très bien agencé (cuisine toute équipée, buanderie avec machine à laver) disposant de tout le confort moderne avec une superbe grande terrasse bien orientée. Plages et centre commercial dont un magasin d'alimentation et des restaurants à 300 mètres. Tout peut se faire à pied. Excellent accueil de la part de Ruben. je recommande .
