"The staff at this hotel is exceptionally in tune with travelers needs. We were able to get into our room within an hour of our request and were promptly notified via text that our room was available. The valet parking and bell services helped so much and the room service was quick and efficient. Even during a crazy rain storm. The onsite breakfast and food options were very good. This hotel is connected with the Hilton via indoor covered walk. Be advised though it travels through the conference space in both hotels. Events happening we felt like we were crashing moving through the space. But well worth the walk to restaurants. Consistently checking in to see if our needs are met. Super helpful at checkout too with the bell services being quick and efficient. Only draw back was one morning needing the car around checkout time to go to the parks. Had to call about 5 times to the valet to get through to someone to get the call. Otherwise the stay was fantastic!"
