"The room was lovely, and the view from the balcony over the lake was wonderful to wake up to each morning! Breakfast was delicious- loads of choice and all the food was very tasty. Staff were always very professional and friendly. We will definitely be coming back again."

I was surprised how far it was from the Milan Central station by walking - we walked to the hotel with carry-on luggage (took about 20 minutes) but would have taken an uber if we do it again. The hotel was very nice, and so worth it!"

"Everything was wonderful. The only thing I could say that needed work were the beds were not as comfortable as I thought they probably would at this price point and the pillows were not any good. I must say they maybe should check out the pillows that NCL cruise lines uses. Because they can work from either soft or hard wants and needs.. other than that this place is wonderful. Breakfast is fantastic.. also, this is not a walkable area. They do supply transport to the metro. But there is nothing around this area. It’s an industrial area."

We insisted and got for the other 2 nights a room at the center of the building on same floor 2. Floors 3 and 4 have been renovated but the others need refurbishing. Location of the hotel otherwise is excellent and breakfast buffet delicious. Menaggio is charming"
