"Chosen for location, the property was a bit underwhelming. The apartment I had (268) was spacious but in need of renovation. Having said that, the wifi was good, the reception staff very friendly and for the money, I couldn’t really argue for just 1 night. Aircon was great and breakfast price was very reasonable. "Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."

"Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less."
