"Coastal Simplicity was the perfect spot for our stay in Eastpoint. Close to the island for beach fun, but quiet and laid back in a nice community. The home is beautiful and set up with everything we didn't think to pack. We enjoyed a fire on the deck and coffee on the porch with the water view. Definitely recommend!"

"Quaint little brick home on the bay with gorgeous views! Very clean home. Comfortable bed. The sunsets were absolutely breathtaking. Just wish the driveway was a little wider, it was tight getting in with our 20ft boat & wish it had a dock. 10/10 recommend. Would definitely stay again. "
