"We stayed ‘out of season’. Possibly one of only 3 or 4 rooms occupied at the time. The staff were friendly and the food was excellent. I can imagine an amazing place to be in busier times and in better weather. The drive to the property was a little difficult with very poor road access. "

"Still bizarre for such quality place: 1- chemicals to kill bugs directly at room entries with many bugs on the ground dead in the mirning. 2 - Grass mowing 24/7 and 3 - Grass sprinkling all night in rural area, what happen to ground water in a very dry area. All saying ecology is not their forte!!!"

"Absolutely beautiful stone villa up in the hills.The house was just perfect and the pool was great.I cannot say enough about the property and the owners.Lorella brought us fresh produce from her gardens and a bottle of outstanding local wine.Her son Lorenzo responded vert quickly to any questions and was super helpful.Very highly recommend this property"

"Great wifi, delicious dinner, Luca and the breakfast lady in the morning were great. Staff were generally really lovely but quite busy. The room was large with a king size bed. Shower was strange with half glass half curtain but served its purpose. With a kettle in the room we could make a tea which was also great."
