Pool and Sea View Maisonette

Renovated in 2023, Villa MINIMA is part of the Kournas Beach complex and has a wonderful view of the sea, mountains, gardens, and pools. Its pool is shared with 5 other properties, which are however rarely occupied. The endless, golden sandy beach of Georgioupolis is just 800 m from the property, while at 2 km is the deep blue Kourna lake. At less than a 30-minute drive, you can find yourself wandering in the picturesque alleys of the old town of Rethymno or Chania.

The accommodation is 65 m2 divided in two floors, and has a total of 35 m2 terrace. The complex is recent (2007) and this specific accommodation is renovated in 2023, with attention to detail.

Ground floor:
- 1 main room with living room (LG 49" flat screen TV), kitchen (fully equipped including ceramic cooktop with 4 burners, oven, fridge and freezer, dish washer, double sink, faucet with hot, cold, and filtered water), and dining area for 4-5 persons.
- 1 bedroom for 2 persons (join two single beds to a double) with 1 big wardrobe and air condition (cooling/heating).

Schönes Haus mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Der mit 5 weiteren Häusern gemeinsam zu nutzende Pool war super und meistens kaum frequentiert. Die Lage ist etwas abseits des Geschehens, dennoch sind sowohl Strand (ca. 20 Minuten) und Restaurants ( ca. 15 Minuten) fussläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
