"Our #1 choice when we go to Gatlinburg. Everyone is always friendly and the room is always clean. It’s close to Gatlinburg but far enough away that it’s quiet and the trolley stops right at the front door. "

"Why does this Hilton offer free breakfast like the express Hilton in pigeon Forge also the express has better rooms IE BETTER BEDS ROOMS AND FREE BREAKFAST!! Just because it has Gardens on the sign the rooms are worse then RED ROOF INN the express has beautiful room and the furniture does look like a two star hotel. "
